RETURNS - Purchases made at TaylordOverland.com or in-store can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories.
After 30 days, non-warranty related returns are at the sole discretion of TAYLOR'D Overland. A restocking fee may apply.
If you’d like to make a return or exchange, PLEASE CALL US FIRST at 1(844)829-5673 for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number).
If the reason for return is not a result of a TAYLOR'D Overland error, shipping costs, if any, incurred by TAYLOR'D Overland may be deducted from your refund. Please note: if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by TAYLOR'D Overland will be deducted from your refund.
If the returned products are not in new, re-sellable condition - a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee of up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund. We strongly urge you to repackage the products with care. If you need advice on how to pack the gear, or need additional packaging materials, contact us. Assume the worst. Shipping companies may actually be using apes to move boxes through their distribution centers. Not an alternative fact.
It generally takes 3 – 5 days after the package arrives at our location for your return to be processed and credit to be issued to your card. As soon as the return is processed you’ll get an email confirmation.
If you'd like to exchange your items for something else please return them to us for a refund and place a new order for the product you want at the same time.
When choosing a shipper to return products, keep in mind that TAYLOR'D Overland cannot be held liable or responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

WARRANTIES - Most of the products TAYLOR'D Overland sells are covered by Manufacturer’s Warranties and/or Guarantees and provide coverage for merchandise purchased for a certain period of time after the date of purchase. Once you purchase a produce we will act as the agent between you, the customer, and the manufacturer. Make sure to check the documentation that you received with the merchandise purchase for more information regarding the manufacturer's product warranty policy. If after 30 days your product fails, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.
All returned items are subject to inspection for warranty eligibility. We or the manufacturer will replace, repair or refund the product based on our findings.
TAYLOR'D Overland will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages from any products sold. We will not be responsible or liable for inconvenience, labor, legal fees or any other costs incurred while the item is being inspected or replaced.
Warranties are non-transferrable. They are in effect as long as the original purchaser owns the merchandise and for the time agreed upon in the terms and conditions of that warranty or guarantee.
