Fall is our favorite time of year in Texas, not only because of the Texas State Fair, but because the autumn colors illuminate parks and natural areas across the state as fireworks do a night sky.
Oklahoma offers prime foliage well into November. As the temperatures turn cool, fall is the ideal time to venture out into the great outdoors on autumn adventures through the Sooner State.
Arkansas has some of the best fall foliage because much of the state is covered in natural forests. Driving anywhere in Arkansas, during the fall, brings nearly endless views of richly-colored trees as far as the eye can see.
Sometimes it feels like Louisiana will never get to experience an actual fall day, but, as long as they can whip up some gumbo or jambalaya on a Louisiana Saturday Night all is good to “pass a good time.”
The overlanding adventures in Autumn are ENDLESS! Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway or a week long adventure, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana have something different to offer. TAYLOR’D Overland can get you set up and ready for your next adventure. Where will Fall take you this season?
